- No refunds will be provided for cancellations, no-shows, or unused participation.
- Requests for any exception must be made in writing via email.
- If approved, refunds (if any) will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Rescheduling & Transfer Policy
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 15 days in advance and are subject to availability.
- Bookings may be transferred to another participant with prior approval.
Service Delivery Policy
All services provided are experience-based or digital in nature.
- Guided photography experiences are conducted on scheduled dates and locations.
- Mentorship sessions are delivered online or in-person as agreed.
- Any learning materials or session content will be shared digitally.

- Wildlife sightings and natural events are not guaranteed.
- Experiences depend on natural conditions, weather, and external factors beyond our control.
