1. Services

SreejithCaptures provides photography-related services including:

• Guided photography experiences
• Photography mentorship and training sessions (online and offline)

2. Booking & Payments

• All bookings require full or partial advance payment to confirm participation.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.
• Participation is confirmed only upon successful payment.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All payments made are strictly non-refundable.
• In rare and exceptional cases, a partial refund or credit may be offered at the sole discretion of SreejithCaptures.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations, no-shows, or unused services.
• Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 5–10 business days.

4. Rescheduling & Transfers

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 15 days prior to the scheduled date and are subject to availability.
• Bookings may be transferred to another participant with prior approval.

5. Organizer Rights

• SreejithCaptures reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any experience due to unforeseen circumstances.
• In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative date or credit.

6. Participation & Responsibility

• Participants are responsible for their own travel, safety, and personal belongings.
• SreejithCaptures is not liable for injuries, loss, or damages during participation.
• Participants must follow all instructions provided during sessions.

7. Wildlife & External Factors

• Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed.
• Schedules and experiences may be affected by weather, natural conditions, or other external factors.
• No refunds will be provided for such circumstances.

8. Delivery

Educational materials, session recordings, or related content will be shared digitally within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and resources remain the intellectual property of SreejithCaptures and may not be redistributed without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

SreejithCaptures shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, travel disruptions, or governmental restrictions.

11. Payment Disputes

By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy. Chargebacks or payment disputes without valid grounds may be contested.

12. Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
